MOU was signed with Hyundai Steel Industries Co., Ltd.

JD Engineering signed the MOU with Hyundai Steel Industries Co., Ltd.(HDECs Subsidiary
Company) on April 13, 2011 for the expansion of business domain in Offshore Wind Power &
Load out  and Installation of Heavy Equipment and Jacket/Deck Modules  areas  by adaptation of
new high technologies.
